Lateral entry to second year for Allied Health Science courses for candidates who have passed diploma program from the Government Boards and recognized by RGUHS,

Candidates with two years diploma from recognized Government board in a subject for which the candidate desires to enrol with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects or candidates with 3 years diploma from a recognized Government Board in a subject for which the candidate desires to enrol should have studied Physics, Biology and Chemistry as subjects during the tenure of the course.

• Two year Pre-University Examination or equivalent as recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as Principle subject of study.
• The Vocational higher secondary education course conducted by Vocational Higher Secondary Education. Government of Kerala with five subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in addition to vocational subjects conducted is considered equivalent to plus TWO examinations of Govt. of Karnataka Pre-University Course.

• B.Sc. Cardiac Care Technology - Intake : 10 Seats
• B.Sc. Imaging Technology - Intake : 20 Seats
• B.Sc. Renal Dialysis Technology - Intake : 10 Seats
• B.Sc. Operation Theatre Technology - Intake : 20 Seats
• B.Sc. Respiratory Care Technology - Intake : 10
• B.Sc. Emergency and Trauma Care Technology -Intake : 20

Age:

The candidate should have completed 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission. The age should not be more than 35 years.

• Pass in Pre-University or Pre-Degree course or its equivalent.
• Admission process will take place once in a year. Selection of the candidates will be based on the merit of the PUC/+2 or equalant examination. students should be medically fit.

Age:

• Hold a Diploma in GNM [ General Nursing & Midwifery ]
• Be a Registered Nurse
• Have passed pre university examination in Arts/Science/Commerce conducted by Department of Pre University Education, Karnataka State or its equivalent recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

Entrance/Selection Test

Admission process will take place once in a year. Selection of the candidates will be based on the merit of the PUC/+2 examination / entrance test or equivalent examination. students should be medically fit.

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology is a paramedical course affiliated to Paramedical Board Bangalore

• Two Years 3 months course for PUC science passed students
• Three Years 3 months for SSLC/PUC arts passed students

• Two Years 3 months course for PUC science passed students
• Three Years 3 months for SSLC/PUC arts passed students

Application should be sent only in the prescribed format supplied along with the prospectus. This can be received by sending a DD/ Postal Order for Rs.400/- payable at Mangalore in favour of the Unity Care and Health services Pvt Ltd. A/c Nursing college or by cash at the office of the Institution. You can also download the application from our website and the payment can be done as mentioned above..

The application form should be duly filled in by the applicant in his/her own handwriting and forwarded to the Principal of respective courses along with the copies of the following certificates and documents.

• Attested photocopy of the statement of marks of the qualifying examination (SSLC/PUC +2 / GNM)
• Attested photocopy of the SSLC certificate showing the date of birth
• Attested photocopy of TC and Conduct certificate of qualifying examination (PUC/+2)
• Latest 5 passport size photographs; one duly affixed to the application
• A non–refundable registration fee of Rs. 150/- through Demand Draft payable in Mangalore in favour of Unity Care & Health Services Pvt. Ltd. A/c Nursing College

At the time of admission, the students and their parents/legal guardians are required to sign a declaration that their children/wards will abide by the rules and regulations of the Institution. Selection will be purely on the basis of merit and interview by the selection board.
